ShandongTechnology and Business University Honored Wealth Management Education andResearch Base

On June15, Mei Shiyun, the head of the Asset Management Special Committee forFinancial Industry of the Investment Association of China, and his delegationcame to Shandong Technology and Business University for meeting, and awarded SDTBU“Wealth Management Education Base”. Bai Guangzhao, Secretary of the PartyCommittee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Vice President of the UniversityWang Yanming chaired the meeting.

BaiGuangzhao expressed his warm welcome to the visit of Mei Shiyun and hisdelegation, and expressed his gratitude to the Asset Management SpecialCommittee for Financial Industry of the Investment Association of China for itslong-term support and assistance to the construction of wealth characteristicsof the university. He pointed out that to strengthen the construction of wealthmanagement and achieve common prosperity is the demand of economic and socialdevelopment, and is also a response to the call of the times. The AssetManagement Special Committee for Financial Industry of the InvestmentAssociation of China has been committed to promoting the cooperation anddevelopment of the domestic asset management field. As the first “Wealth ManagementEducation Base” in China, SDTBU cooperates with the Asset Management SpecialCommittee for Financial Industry of the Investment Association of China in launchingwealth management education and research, which is beneficial to actively serveand integrate into the national development strategy, promote commonprosperity, strengthen financial education of college students and promote the constructionof specialized wealth management characteristics of the university. He hopedthat both sides would carry out comprehensive cooperation in scientificresearch, talent training, vocational training, forum and academic activities,etc. to make the Wealth Management Education Base a unique symbol of talenttraining and jointly promote the development of wealth management.

MeiShiyun presented the work plan of the Asset Management Special Committee forFinancial Industry of the Investment Association of China, and hoped that bothsides would strengthen communication and cooperation in professionaldemonstration, curriculum setting, textbook writing and industry report.
